Instagram fitness queen Steph Claire Smith shares her final workout of the decade – as she encourages fans to focus on their health in 2020

She’s the fitness entrepreneur who boasts more than 1.5million social media followers.

And Steph Claire Smith took to Instagram on Tuesday to share her final workout routine for the decade. 

The 25-year-old flaunted her fit physique in an Adidas sports bra and black bike shorts as she ran around her huge backyard.

Steph went makeup free, but accessorised her sporty look with gold earrings and a double pendant necklace. 

‘About to do my last workout for the year, woo,’ she said, cheering in excitement.

She shared a ‘half-way’ selfie during her workout, which showed her resting on a towel while sticking her tongue out.

Steph then shared another video of herself completing her final exercise: five lots of 50-metre sprints across her backyard. 

Panting for breath, she encouraged her followers to ‘start the New Year with a bang’ by getting their ‘body moving’.

For the first round, Steph took lunge steps across her tennis court for five minutes, before jogging back to the start and repeating the exercise.

For the second round, she cycled various exercises including a ‘one-two punch’ and a jump squat, before repeating the process for five minutes.

She then kept her heart rate up with a five-minute jog around the tennis court, stopping after each lap to perform five push ups.

For the fourth round, she opted for a more detailed routine consisting of 45 seconds of movement and 15 second of rest.

She focused on her derrière with hip lifts, hip bridge holds, squats, jump squats and squat holds, before finishing with a sixth round of sprinting, which she recorded. 

It comes after Steph revealed a U.S. modelling agent had told her to ‘stop squatting’ because she needed a smaller hip measurement to be successful.
