Erin Holland is known for her dedicated fitness regimen.

And the former Miss World Australia revealed her incredibly toned figure in a photo shared to Instagram on Monday.

The 30-year-old showed off her washboard stomach and trim pins in a skimpy purple bikini, as she soaked up the sun at Burleigh Heads Beach in Queensland.

Erin accessorised with a round-rimmed hat, reflective sunglasses and black thongs. 

She styled her brunette locks out and appeared to sport minimal makeup.

The brand ambassador captioned the photo ‘SUMMER RITUAL’ alongside the hashtag ‘Burleigh Beach’.

Erin revealed the secrets behind her enviable figure in an interview with Daily Mail Australia this month. 

The stunner is a fan of dance classes, personal training sessions and group workouts.  

‘I’ve been dancing a lot more lately, it’s something I started when I was four,’ she said.

‘I regularly have two personal training sessions with Ben Lucas, and I fill up the rest of my four-to-six weekly workouts with a mix of spin, strength and yoga classes.’

The singer and model maintains her incredible abs with a diet of lean protein and vegetables.

‘Breakfast is usually a healthy smoothie or green juice, and snacks are protein balls by Keep It Cleaner,’ Erin revealed.

‘Lunch is a fresh chicken or salmon salad with avocado on a bed of spinach, while dinner is a stir-fry with some form of protein, plus brown rice if I’m super hungry.’ 

‘I have the biggest sweet tooth, and I indulge in them whenever I crave them,’ she added. ‘I don’t drink much, so life is all about balance! It’s definitely my weakness.’

Erin got engaged to cricketer Ben Cutting, 32, in May this year.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Ben got down on one knee, midway through a picnic at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast.
